Have a question you would like answered? Like how long until you get your order or will someone know I ordered worn pantyhose? Well you have come to the right place. Here you will find answers to some of the more frequently asked questions we receive from customers. Of course if your question isn't answered here you can always contact us via email.

  1. I placed an order today for a custom pair of worn pantyhose, when can I expect delivery?

  2. When my order comes will anyone know where it came from or what is inside the package by looking at it?  I don't want anyone to know I ordered ______________?

  3. I want to order a <insert some item here> from <insert name of model here> but they are not listed in the options. How can I get <the model's><insert the item>?

  4. This answer deals with the questions:

    1. How come there is nothing listed under the Limited Edition section?
    2. I just read that you put up <some item> in the Limited Edition section but don't see it listed. Why?
    3. I just tried to order the Limited Edition <some item> but the transaction failed or the order was refunded. Why?

    1. I just tried to order but I could not select a payment method. Why?
    2. I just tried to order but I was not provided an option for shipping method. Why?

  1. I placed an order today for a custom pair of worn pantyhose, when can I expect delivery?


    Production of custom orders (pantyhose, photos, video, etc) is scheduled based on several factors. The number one delay in custom work is prior orders. All orders are produced in the order in which they are received. If someone ordered four pair of custom worn pantyhose from Dawn before your ordered your pair(s) then it will be at least four days before Dawn is able to begin production of your order. If you ordered multiple pairs then it will be at least one day per pair ordered. There are also days of the month during which orders can not be produced which can further delay your orders production date. That said we strive to get each order out as quickly as possible.

    If you order in-stock merchandise such as limited edition items and/or DVD videos then we will usually have your order ready to ship within 24 hours. We ship twice a week (on Mondays and Thursdays). You will receive a USPS tracking number once your order is shipped.

  2. When my order comes will anyone know where it came from or what is inside the package by looking at it?  I don't want anyone to know I ordered ______________?


    We ship all of our merchandise as discreetly as possible. The return address lists DDAF Enterprises as the shipper (that is pretty non-descript) and the package is either the standard USPS provided Priority/Express Mail boxes, a plain white Tyvec catalog envelope, or a plain yellow bubble mailer. We do not specifically list the contents of the package on the outside except in cases involving customs declarations. We list pantyhose as nylon hosiery, DVD movies or CD's as Digital Media, and clothing articles as either sleep wear or another term that will describe the article of clothing. We will not lie about the contents of a package or the value of the contents on a customs declaration form however we do not mention whether the contents are of an adult nature or are for a particular sex (ie male or female).

    Your privacy is our utmost concern. We understand that you may not want other people knowing your business. We feel the same way. What we do in the privacy of our own home is nobody's business but ours and we treat our customers the way we would want to be treated.

  3. I want to order a <insert some item here> from <insert name of model here> but they are not listed in the options. How can I get <the model's><insert the item>?


    Unfortunately not all of my girlfriends model anymore for various reasons. A few have moved away, some have gotten married or have new boyfriends who don't approve of what they have done in the past. A couple have jobs or other personal issues that keep them from modeling. There are a lot of reasons but the answer to the question is if you don't see an option on the site to order from a specific model then there is NO way to get anything from that model.

    We have tried to ask some of the girls who don't model anymore to do something for a specific order and the response is usually the same... "I don't do that anymore." Of course if I am still friends with the model I try to convince them to send me something from time to time and occassionally they do. For instance Honey Curves just dropped off some worn pantyhose the other day. When we get something we can sell from one of my girlfriends I put the item(s) up for sale under the Limited Editions section. Other than those rare occassions what you see listed is what you get. Sorry.

  4. This answer deals with the questions:

    1. How come there is nothing listed under the Limited Edition section?
    2. I just read that you put up <some item> in the Limited Edition section but don't see it listed. Why?
    3. I just tried to order the Limited Edition <some item> but the transaction failed or the order was refunded. Why?

    Limited Edition items are one of a kind items that are available on a first come first served basis. We only have limited edition items for sale when we have parties, have photo/video productions that create pantyhose that can be sold and/or we think that someone would want to purchase some pantyhose that we happen to have available. This means that there is not a constant supply of pantyhose to be listed in the Limited Editions section. Hence the name...

    • We sell out of our Limited Edition items fairly quickly. Especially for the more popular types of items such as stuffed pantyhose.
    • If nothing is listed under the Limited Edition section then we are completely sold out of everything we had for sale there.
    • If you do not see the item you are looking for and you have searched each and every item then it has probably been sold already. Sorry but like I said they sell out very quickly.

    If you attempt to purchase a limited edition item and the transaction fails or is later refunded that means that someone else completed their transaction before you did. Transactions are processed automatically and simultaneously. So several people can attempt to purchase the same item at the same time. However only one person can receive the item since it is a one of a kind. Therefor whoever completes their transaction first gets the item and everyone else will get refunds if the transaction succeeds or will be notified that their transaction failed because the item is out of stock. If you get a backordered/out of stock notice after completing your transaction on a Limited Edition item your transaction will be cheerfully refunded. You can either choose to have the transaction voided or ask to receive a store credit to be used towards the purchase of some other item(s) from the store in the future. The choice is yours.

  5. This answer deals with the following questions:

    In the past we would ship orders worldwide. However over the years it has become clear that many of our international customers can not provide accurate addresses for International shipments because of all the various address formats used around the world. Also there are problems with customs holds, import/export taxes and restrictions, regulations, legal issues and numerous other obstacles that complicate what should be a simple straight forward process. As a result, we have suspended international sales until we can work the kinks out of the process.

    I would like to apologize to all of my fans and past customers who live outside the United States and would like to order from the store. It has just proven to be too much of a problem for us to deal with right now. We do hope to resume international sales in the future.

    So if your address is outside the United States you will not be provided shipping or payment options when you attempt to checkout. Sorry.
