I placed my order today and selected Priority/Express shipping. When will I receive my package?
Priority and Express shipping times vary and ARE NOT related to production time. All orders for custom material (ie worn pantyhose, custom photos, custom videos) are produced in the order received. Each model has a production queue. If a model has 20 items in the queue when you place the order then there will be AT LEAST a twenty day wait before production begins on your order. There are also certain times of the month when model is unable to do custom work. These times vary depending on the model. You will be notified when your order goes into production and then again when your order ships. This is where shipping time comes in to play. Domestic orders (within the US) will normall take 2-3 days Priority and 1-2 days Express. International orders are a different story and are subject to Customs holds and such. We are not responsible for delays in International orders.
The model I want to order from is not listed. How can I get her pantyhose?
Not all of our models are available for custom work. Some models have moved, retired, found religion or otherwise made themselves unavailable. The only models who are available for custom work are listed in the drop down menu. Sorry.
I am not satisfied with my product. How do I get a refund?
Refunds are not available for custom order items. We will, at our sole option, issue a store credit if warranted. All other items (DVD movies, regular photosets) will be exchange for like kind only if the disc is damaged or non-functional. NO CASH REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON.
We ship all packages via USPS. We only offer Priority Mail or Express Mail shipping. The prices are set by package weight by the US Postal Service. We also add an additional $2.95 handling charge to every shipping order to cover our shipping expenses (tape, labels, printing, wear and tear on equipment) and the cost of the occassional return and replacement shipment. We spread these cost across all orders in the form of the handling charge.
I live in (insert your foreign country here) and I have not received my package. What is the problem?
Internation shipments vary. Some countries to have import restrictions on certain goods. If the restriction has been reached for the particular quarter (or whatever period they impose the restriction on) your shipment will be held in customs until the next period before it is released. Other countries may not allow the import of our merchandise. It is the customer's responsibility to insure that the merchandise they order from our store is permitted to be exported to their home country and is not illegal in their area. We have no way of knowing what the laws for each and every jurisdiction on the planet though we do make attempts to check before shipment but accept no responsiblity if a mistake is made.
